2026 Metropolitan Swimming Silver Championships

For the second consecutive year, Hauppauge had the honor of hosting the Metropolitan Swimming Silver Championships. Over the course of three days, more than 600 swimmers from 13 teams across the south region competed at Hauppauge High School.

Hauppauge Finishes 7th Overall in Program's Best Senior Mets Performance

Hauppauge Swimming finished 7th overall at the 2026 Senior Metropolitan Winter Championships, the highest team finish in program history. With 29 swimmers, 3 team records broken, and 357 points scored against 70+ Metro teams, the four-day championship meet at Nassau County Aquatic Center was one for the books.

Understanding how our swimmers qualify and compete at one of the most unique meets of the season

Every year, Hauppauge travels to the IMX Games with qualifying 14 & Under swimmers. Unlike most meets where you need a qualifying time in a specific event, IMX qualification requires a deeper understanding of USA Swimming's power point system.

Suffolk County's Only December Championship Meet Returns

The Eagle Invite returns for its 9th year, an 11-session prelim and finals championship meet bringing over 500 athletes to Hauppauge for the only December championship meet in Suffolk County. What started in 2015 as an idea to give swimmers a real championship experience without leaving home has grown into an annual tradition for our team and the programs who join us.

Hauppauge Swimming Finishes 2nd, A First in Program History

In a meet dominated by the same programs for over 50 years, Hauppauge Swimming made history at the Suffolk County Relay Carnival with 12 relay wins, 3 new team records, and a 2nd place team finish — the highest in program history. From our 10 & Under girls opening with a win in the 200 Medley Relay to our senior captain running down the field in the 400 Free Relay, every corner of the program showed up.
