The 2025-2026 season is here. Whether you've been with us for years or this is your first look at Hauppauge Swimming, registration is open and we're ready to get to work.

To our returning families: Welcome back. We appreciate your continued support and trust in our program. We're looking forward to another great year working with your swimmers.

To our new families: We're glad you're here. This is a program that takes swimming seriously, but it's also a place your kids will look forward to coming back to. The parents get to know each other, the swimmers push each other, and it all adds up to something worth being part of.

This season brings expanded training opportunities, a full meet schedule, and a program that keeps getting stronger.

Hauppauge Swimming is built as a complete development system: three connected programs designed to take swimmers from water safety to competitive excellence. Whether your child is touching the water for the first time or ready to race at the highest levels, there's a place here for them. And when they're ready for more, the next step is already waiting.

Our program offers three distinct paths, each designed to meet swimmers where they are and take them where they want to go. The same coaches and the same philosophy carry through from the very first lesson all the way to championship competition, so your swimmer never has to start over.

• Swim School: Build confidence and master the fundamentals of competitive swimming in a fun, supportive environment. Our Swim School integrates strong technical concepts, drill progressions, and the beginnings of an aerobic base. Classes are age appropriate with small class sizes, ensuring every swimmer gets the individual attention they deserve.
• Swim League: Bridge the gap between learning to swim and learning to compete. Designed for swimmers ages 5 to 18, this year round program refines technique, develops endurance, and builds confidence in a supportive team setting. Each session concludes with a sanctioned meet at Hauppauge High School.
• Swim Club: Our premier year round USA Swimming competitive team, where athletes of all ages pursue their potential. With daily training, monthly USA Swimming meets, and a pathway to championship events at the state and national level, the Swim Club represents the highest level of Hauppauge Swimming.

For families new to Hauppauge Swimming, getting started is simple. We offer free evaluations where our coaches assess your swimmer's abilities, comfort level, and goals. From there, we'll recommend the right starting point, whether that's Swim School, Swim League, or Swim Club. One evaluation is all it takes to find the right fit.

Our coaching staff is USA Swimming and ASCA certified, bringing decades of experience and a genuine passion for the sport. Their emphasis is always on building both the athlete and the person, creating an atmosphere that promotes a lifelong love for swimming while developing the discipline, sportsmanship, and character that carry far beyond the pool.

Hauppauge Swimming has a proud history of developing athletes from their very first lessons all the way through state championships, college recruitment, and even Olympic Trials qualification. We're proud of that tradition, and we'd love for your family to be part of it.
