2020 – 2021 Swim League

2020 – 2021 Swim League

All families must read through and agree to our Covid Protocols and Waiver.

Evaluation: We require all new swimmers to be evaluated before joining. Contact Us to schedule an evaluation.

About: Our Swim League is a part of the Long Island Swim League. The Swim League provides a much needed opportunity between swim lessons and a competitive swim club. The league is for water safe swimmers looking to swim for fitness and fun with a taste of competitive swimming. Most swimmers with some prior swim experience whether it be swim lessons or backyard swimming usually qualify.

Technique: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle will be taught. Competitive dives, turns and interval training will also be covered. Advanced technique will be taught to those with prior knowledge of the sport. Swimmers will be grouped with others of a similar age and ability within their practice.

Schedule: Practice is offered 4 days a week. Each practice is 45 minutes. Select your choices on the form below. The times you select will be your times for practice. There’s no switching week to week. The full schedule is listed below.

We have a waiting list for our Swim League. Contact Us to join.
