2019 Relay Carnival

Hauppauge competed in the annual Suffolk County Relay Carnival on September 29, 2019. This meet has 34 relays in total. 20 out of our 34 relays (58%) placed in the top 3. The girls team won, the boys team placed third and our combined team placed third. This is our highest finish ever for the girls, boys and overall team!

Evaluation Dates

Evaluation Dates

New swimmers must be evaluated so we can place them in the proper program. The following are the dates of our new swimmer evaluations. Contact Us to schedule an evaluation. Please tell us the name, age, DOB, school district and swimming experience of each swimmer you will be bringing to the evaluation. Returning swimmers can register without an evaluation.

2019 – 2020 Evaluation Form Please bring this form with you. We’ll have blank forms at the pool to fill out as well.

8 & Under Evaluations: For any swimmer 8 and younger. September 4, 11 and 18 at 7 PM

9 & Over Evaluations: For any swimmer 9 and older. September 5, 12 and 19 at 7 PM. No Thursday September 19.

These will be held at Hauppauge High School 500 Lincoln Blvd. Hauppauge NY 11788. We are not at the main circle entrance. We are the parking lot at the traffic light with the tennis courts. After you park your car and you’re facing the building, use the entrance on the far right. We’re just down the hall on the right.

Eastern Zone Age Group Championship In Webster NY

Sofia Burns, Leah Treglia, Alex Trzaskowski and John Holler traveled to this very competitive meet. All four swimmers competed in their best events against the fastest swimmers in the Eastern Zone. All four had best times. Leah Treglia broke the 13 – 14 and All Time team records in the 100 Back 58.03 and 200 Back 2:06.61. Both records were from 1991!

This was our first year at this meet and the first time we’ve attended a meet like this. 19 of our 13 & overs qualified for this meet. Throughout the course of the 4 day meet our swimmers competed in multiple events and relays. Short course in the morning and long course at night.

The Northeast Showcase At Wesleyan University

We traveled to Wesleyan University for our second year at this meet. The meet is a 3 day trials and finals team scored meet. A small part of our team competed and represented our team well. We had many finalists and a few event winners. Next year we’re looking to bring our entire team to compete for the team championship.
